Rare opening at this prestigious Surrey firm for a bright and ambitious real estate lawyer to join this highly regarded team. Broad-ranging role acting for institutional and private investors, developers, corporate occupiers, house builders, major contractors and engineers and charities. You will be advising on all aspects of real estate work including landlord and tenant; agreements for lease, new and renewal leases, sales and acquisitions. Strong academics and solid commercial property experience from a comparable firm essential.
