A prestigious City firm is looking to hire a 2-4 PQE IP/Tech Associate into its well-established London team.
The role is broad, and will include both contentious and non-contentious work. For example, you will advise on trade mark licensing and distribution / sponsorship / other commercial agreements, as well as advising on the full remit of IP disputes (covering both soft and hard IP matters). There will also be a transactional element to the role, where you will assist on the IP and Tech aspects of Corporate deals.
This team is of medium size, so is perfectly placed to offer associates support, development and breadth (NB the firm runs excellent training and development programmes, which are accessible to associates of all levels). The role will involve working with a range of partners, including those who sit outside of the IP/Tech department from time to time.
If you would like to learn more about this position, please get in touch with Frankie Hall (frankieh@ejgroup.co.uk). Please note, if you have not received a response within five working days then your application has been unsuccessful.
