A leading US heavyweight firm are searching for a US qualified, 2-4 PQE Corporate Associate/Solicitor to join their practice in London.
The firm specialises in premium M&A and regularly compete with rival US and Magic Circle firms for the very best corporate work in the London market.
This role will focus on complex cross-border M&A but will also allow exposure to all facets of corporate law including joint ventures and private equity.
