Residential Property Lawyer

Excellent new opportunity for an experienced residential property lawyer to join this established firm based in Shrewsbury to work on a varied residential property caseload.

The firm now seeks to appoint a residential property lawyer with a minimum of 2 years' experience in managing a residential conveyancing caseload, from start to finish with minimal supervision.

You will be able to show experience of handling residential sales, purchases, remortgages, New Build and transfers of equity relating to freehold and leasehold properties, you'll also be a confident developer of relationships with local brokers, estate agents and other intermediaries. Our client will welcome applications from qualified solicitors or legal executives / licensed conveyancers with the requisite conveyancing experience.

On offer is a good market rate salary (DOE), the opportunity of flexible working for the right candidate and a busy, interesting caseload.
