Phenomenally successful real estate department in smaller City firm currently has a limited construction law capability but is looking to redress this and build out its non-contentious offering with a second lead partner. Interested in an existing partner with mainstream construction expertise including negotiating building contracts for developers and acting for lenders, investors, purchasers and occupiers in all aspects of non-contentious construction work. The firm has an exceptionally loyal and high profile client base in a number of sectors. Superbly managed which is reflected in the impressive profitability.
