The Role

They seek to hire a Head of Department in Company Commercial into their growing team in North London.

You will be responsible for driving the business forward, developing the department whilst implementing strategies to achieve growth targets.

They offer flexible working to accommodate their staffs' needs.

You will have autonomy over the direction of the department whilst strategizing future growth areas. The current book consists of a mix of UK and international clients, shareholder agreements, company formations, share and asset buybacks, company sales and purchases, articles of association and commercial contracts, among other areas.

Requirements

• You will be a Head of Department in Company Commercial Solicitor or someone looking to take the step up in
• You will have a strong record of establishing long-lasting business relationships
• You will have previous management experience
• You must be someone who embraces business development, is commercially minded and is a self-starter.
