This opportunity is well suited to an ambitious Solicitor who is looking to fast track their career with an award-winning regional practice.
The firm already have a very strong foothold, and are highly regarded within Commercial Property nationally and, through further growth are looking to strengthen team with the addition of an ambitious Solicitor.
They have one of the nicest office cultures I have come across compared to that of most practices of their size; they have a much more innovative, relaxed, and collaborative culture.

The firm are well managed, with a strong leadership team. Partners are more accessible than in other similar sized firms, even down to the office layout. This way of working has helped more junior Lawyers to obtain a level of PQE ahead of there years.
You will find a working environment that is professional, friendly, entrepreneurial and supportive. There is a nice social scene where there are always several events on a weekly basis, despite the firms size they have a nice family feel running throughout.

The Role
This leading Top 200 UK firm are looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor into their Cambridge Office
You will be joining one of the region's leading Commercial Property teams where you will be encouraged into a more senior role with exposure to networking and business development to increase their offering nationally.
The caseload with depend upon your own experience and however the team services all areas of Commercial Property including:
- Landlord and tenant work
- Leases
- Investment work
- Corporate support
- And a focus on large scale developments
The firm offers access to an experienced support team and eager Trainee Solicitors who are ready to assist you.
The team have a wealth of experience working with a variety of local, regional and national clients - the firm will also provide you with all resources needed to further build your regional reputation including, Marketing, identifying and organising Seminars and Business Development opportunities
Requirements
- You will be an ambitious Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1 PQE +
- (There is no upper limit in PQE)
- (NQs and Senior Solicitors encouraged to apply, with multiple positions available)
- You should have first-class communication and outstanding business development skills
