The Role

The firm are looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing practice based in Norwich

You will work alongside the experienced team on a range of Commercial Property matters. The firm are planning significant expansion, so they are looking for someone to bring their drive, ambition and experience to lead the team alongside the other Partners.

The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters including:

  • Acquisition and disposal of commercial property
  • Landlord and tenant
  • Investments
  • Land development
  • and commercial leases.

This role with play a significant role in developing the firm further so there is progression to Partnership on offer also.

Requirements

  • You will be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate with 4 PQE +
  • You will have an excellent technical knowledge for a range of matters
  • A strong regional reputation and contacts is highly advantageous
