Property Litigation Associate 2-4 PQE

We are currently recruiting for a top Property Litigation practice in London. The firm is headquartered in London, with offices across Asia, Europe and the Middle East and has market-leading strengths in five key areas: asset finance, commercial litigation and arbitration, corporate finance, marine and international trade, and real estate.
 
The property litigation team, which is a part of the firm's wider commercial litigation department covers the full spectrum of property litigation for several leaseholders, landlords, asset management companies and developers. It has recently been particularly active in disputes over leases, service charges and rent arrears. The team is made up of 2 Partners, 3 Senior Associate, 2 Associates, 1 newly qualified and 1 Trainee and is a friendly team with a good work-life balance (target hours 1550).
 
The ideal candidate will come from a top City property litigation practice and have excellent academics (minimum 2:1 degree).
