The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to for an PE Funds Associate to join this Top 30 Firm in their City of London office.
You will work on all aspects of investment funds and pooled investment from the initial structuring of a vehicle, to the legal, regulatory and tax aspects of a fund. The department works both retail and institutional products, both onshore and offshore products and open and closed ended funds. You will work across the UK, EU and offshore countries.
You will work alongside leading individuals in the field on the most complex matters within a Legal 500 ranked department recognised for investment funds. If you are looking to progress your career within a rewarding firm this may be the opportunity for you.
Requirements:
- You will be an Investment Funds Associate with at least 2 years + PQE (There is no upper limit of PQE for this position)
- Strong academics with experience working at a leading law firm.
- You should have strong technical knowledge and be very commercially astute.
- Understanding of the need to support clients and provide the highest levels of service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is key.
- Salary is very competitive plus an excellent bonus and benefits structure.
