This boutique Litigation specialist practice are seeking to grow their already impressive offering in Guildford, Surrey.

This practice punch well above their weight in the litigation space and their team consist of the most technically strong lawyers in the area. This practice specialise over a broad array of litigation matters which include debt recovery, construction litigation, real estate litigation, commercial litigation and more. They have been operating in the Surrey area for over 30+ years and their client base is both regional, and national in scope giving their fee-earners access to a very strong quality level of work.

The role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Litigation Lawyer to join a growing team of specialists based in Guildford, Surrey.
In this role you will be working directly alongside the senior fee-earners of the department dealing with a varied litigation caseload. The type of work this department manages includes:
- Contractual disputes
- Shareholder disputes
- Insolvency matters
- Property (including Construction)
This company focusses solely on business related litigation matters.
You will be well supported with state-of-the-art infrastructure, which includes case management and administration support.
Requirements
- You will be a litigation lawyer and you will be 2+ years PQE.
- You will be driven, have an eye for detail and enjoy working as part of a wider team.
