Head of Residential Conveyancing - Legal Tech - Bristol & Remote £Excellent
Your new role
This presents as a rare opportunity in the market, and a fantastic role if you are interested in legal tech, have huge ambition and are an expert in residential conveyancing. Our client are an exciting start-up company who are part of a larger, well established digital agency. The company recognised a gap in the market when it comes to automation and digitalisation of the conveyancing process and have created a new company in order to provide a completely transparent conveyancing process, whereby clients are able to see at any given point in time, where their transactions are with the avoidance of chasing solicitors etc., and are seeking a Head of Conveyancing to lead and develop this new project.
There is huge potential for growth and offers an entrepreneurial focused solicitor the chance to grow this business to over 100 employees.
Acting as board director for the company, you will be working closely with the CEO to create the platform, setting up legal practice processes, contributing domain knowledge to the development of the platform, business developing and recruiting and building a large team over the next 4 years. You will be a specialist residential property conveyancing solicitor with supervisory/team management experience, but also someone with a hunger for this type of work, ambition and entrepreneurial spirit.
