CORPORATE (ECM) ASSOCIATE (MID-LEVEL) AT TOP UK INTERNATIONAL FIRM

A top UK international firm is looking for a Corporate (ECM) Associate at the mid-level to join its hugely ambitious and fast-growing Corporate team in London. 

The Team:
The Corporate team is part of the firm’s wider International Corporate Group and offers the full range of Corporate services to clients, including ECM, M&A, PE, VC and JVs. The practice has a strong focus on clients in the technology sector and advises companies of all sizes (from start-ups to multinational blue chips) on an array of domestic and international transactions. The team are looking to hire a Corporate Associate due to a strong pipeline of work.

The Role:

In this Corporate role, you will focus predominantly (at least 50% of your time) on ECM matters, covering both the Main Market and AIM, and will sit within a sub-group of the Corporate department, alongside fee-earners who also focus their practice in this area. You will also be encouraged to assist with broader Corporate deals, including M&A, JV and VC work.

Requirements:

To be successful in this Corporate role, you will have an excellent academic background (a minimum 2.1 degree) and have gained experience working in a well-regarded Corporate practice with a desire to focus on ECM work.
