An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a renowned media and entertainment business as a Paralegal joining a high performing team who support in the delivery of award-winning international television across the globe.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Paralegal, you will be a valued member of a Legal & Business Affairs team supporting unscripted television production for a global audience. Reporting to the VP of Legal & Business Affairs, the Paralegal will primarily be responsible for:

• Supporting the designated business area on business and legal affairs matters relating to productions
• Supporting the wider legal team and supporting with day-to-day matters that occur in unscripted production
• Providing administrative support to the team including maintaining contracts, rights and other agreements relating to production
• Drafting contracts and agreements relating to production and development activities
• Building solid working relationships across the wider business
• Carrying out clearance and compliance checks

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with previous experience in a Paralegal or Contract Administrator position with a television production company. The ideal applicant will ideally possess the following attributes:
