The Role
Having gained experience in commercial property, you will work hands-on in freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, development and management, property finance, landlord and tenant matters, leases and all areas of commercial property.
You will engage with clients in a manner that see you develop fruitful and trusted relationships. You will actively foster and expand current and future connections to grow your own and the team's remit and reputation.
The team is balanced in terms of being able to work alongside more senior colleagues whilst having continued paralegal support.
The Requirements
- 4+ years PQE within Commercial Property, with no ceiling on seniority
- High attention to detail and passion in providing a quality service
- Commercial awareness in terms of client and firm needs
