Through consistent success and further investment into the firm, this leading East Midlands practice are looking to further develop their core practice areas to increase their regional offering further, to compete with the larger national firms.

The Role

The firm are looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor into their Horncastle office.

You will work with within an experienced and highly regarded team. opportunity has been created through further growth and consistent success so there is existing work for you be involved in from the very start.

The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters such as: landlord and tenant, acquisition and disposal of commercial property, investments, land development, secured lending and commercial leases.

This firm are very entrepreneurial so if you have a passion for business development and you are looking for industry leading training and support, with outstanding progression prospects - this is a fantastic opportunity to join a regional heavyweight.

Requirements

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 PQE +
  • (There is no upper limit in PQE)
  • You will have an excellent technical knowledge on a range of Commercial Property matters and a strong billings history
  • You should have evidence of successful business development,
  • Salary is competitive, based upon experience
