The Role
The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Partner to join their growing office in Lincoln.
You will join an established team to further develop the commercial property offering. You will play a pivotal role in delivering a first-class service to the existing client base and as well new clients.
You will work closely with the other Partners within the commercial property department, and more generally across the firm, to drive the business forwards. You will work as part of a driven and commercially successful leadership team.
You will join an established team and have a caried and interesting case to cover a broad spectrum of commercial property matters. These will include, landlord and tenant, licenses to assign, deeds of variation, investment sales and purchases, reporting on titles, drafting and negotiating contract documentation and dealing with post completing requirements.
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
- A transferable client base or regional contacts is highly advantageous but not essential
- You will have a strong technical knowledge and first-class communication skills
