This major offshore law firm has an excellent new opportunity for an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join their growing Funds team on Jersey. Their high-level practice advises an impressive client list including both start-up managers and investors on a variety of real estate, venture capital, hedge and private funds, covering both traditional and novel assets involving new technologies.  The core of the role will therefore cover all aspects relating to the establishment, authorisation and structuring of funds and their related investment vehicles, with the position offering the chance to advise on some of the most cutting-edge work taking place in the offshore world. Strong academics and high quality legal training, ideally gained with a major offshore, UK or Commonwealth law firm, will be needed, along with a variety of high-level Funds and/or Corporate experience.
