Senior Legal Counsel, Global Business

About the Company  

This international manufacturing and technology company with a history of more than 120 years and 24,000 employees globally has a corporate head office based in the City of London and a need for an additional lawyer for the legal team as Senior Legal Counsel.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in managing EMEA contracts for the business including drafting and negotiating customer contracts, supply contracts and other types of contracts (including master supply agreements, framework agreements, nomination agreements, agency agreements, distribution agreements, logistics agreements and letters of intent.) You will work closely with the UK business and the wider European business, advising on day to day matters as well as running training for the business. 

About You

This opportunity will be best suit a lawyer with strong commercial awareness, who is comfortable working directly with the business and who can manage a wide range of commercial contracts. Ideally, you will have a broad general commercial or corporate skill-set, or perhaps a projects or energy background, including previous in-house experience. Any experience in manufacturing, automotive or technology would be useful.
