Job Details
A highly-regarded international law firm is looking for a Real Estate paralegal with at least 3 years of solid Real Estate experienced gained from a well-known law firm(s). This is a full time position and is a 12 Month FTC, although this may be extended in due course.
The role will involve supporting Partners and Associates on residential sales and acquisitions, basic construction related tasks and Real Estate Finance matters. The role will include general paralegal and administrative tasks.
Applicants must possess excellent academics including a minimum 2:1 LLB form a Top University and successful completion of the LPC. Also, candidates must have exemplary IT and communication skills (at all levels), and possess the ability to deal with a heavy caseload in a calm and efficient manner.
It is essential that applicants are available immediately or at very short notice.
