Co-founded by a magic circle lawyer, Clarilis provides innovative technology and services to a growing list of leading law firms and in-house legal teams.  Building on our UK success we are growing internationally and are recruiting a UK qualified lawyer to complement our legal team.  Lawyers with Corporate, Real Estate, Banking, Finance, Employment, Commercial or In-house experience are of interest.  Other practice areas outside of those mentioned above will also be considered. 

Reporting to the head of legal, our legal team plays a critical role in the automation of our clients’ documents alongside our document analysts and technology professionals.  Having trained with a reputable firm you will have gained at least 2 years’ experience in a fee earning role and will possess meticulous drafting skills. The position would also suit candidates with substantially more experience.  You will enjoy taking responsibility for running a variety of interesting projects and taking the lead in client liaison. In addition to focusing on the technical drafting of our clients’ documents, there is the opportunity to undertake client training and business development. Roles are tailored to suit skillset and our team members’ interests. The opportunity would suit a lawyer who has an interest in legal technology or is seeking a new challenge where they can use their legal specialism in a new, exciting, and innovative way.
