Construction Law Solicitor 12 month contract P/T

Regional law firm that has a reputation nationally and top ranked within a number of specialist areas of law is seeking to recruit an experienced Construction Law Solicitor to deal with predominately non-contentious law.

The firm has an existing Construction Team and deals with both contentious and non-contentious matters across a range of sectors.

Must have built up a minimum of 5PQE within construction law as a solicitor and built up knowledge of all major standard form contract and particularly JCT and NEX and experience of drafting and negotiating bespoke amendments. Knowledge of UK procurement legislation as applicable to construction and land development contracts would be a plus.

Competitive salary and benefits on offer based on a part-time 12 month contract offering flexible working.
