We are working with a global law firm that is seeking to hire an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their internal team on a fixed term contract basis for 12-15 months. The role will be covering the maternity leave of their current in-house employment lawyer.
The role will involve providing employment advice to Partners, Senior Managers and the HR globally , with primary focus being on employee relations, policy development and advice, risk management and training and development.
Applications are sought from Employment lawyers with upwards of 5 years PQE that have extensive experience within an in-house team on a global level.
