Job Details
We are seeking a talented, commercial minded legal counsel with strong organizational skills to work on our client’s APAC entities integration and rationalization and also to assist on the administration, execution and stamping of our corporate documents and contracts. This is a highly commercial role that requires sound judgement and interfacing with a number of internal and external constituents.
Job Responsibilities include:
• Support the APAC Legal team.
• Provide logistical and organizational support to the APAC Legal team.
• Provide pragmatic day-to-day support to the APAC Legal team.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work within a matrixed environment. You will have experience handling multiple projects in fast-paced environment, with a high degree of client service orientation, and performing successfully in cross-functional teams.
