Your new role
A newly created Commercial Litigation Paralegal, reporting into a senior lawyer. Working within a respected in-house legal team, you will support on disputes matters, drafting statements of case, witness statements and other crucial documentation. You will also prepare bundles for court and tribunals, using your attention to detail and knowledge of each matter to strengthen the business' case. You will be expected to integrate across the business as an ambassador for the legal function.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates must have completed the Legal Practice Course and have a year of commercial litigation experience. Candidates without the LPC will not be considered. You will have strong attention to detail and the ability to draft accurately. A willingness to learn and develop is key.
