As a highly talented and experienced Private Client Solicitor, you will excel within an innovative and market leading Top 200 firm. Responsible for a full lifecycle of private client matters, including handling wills and trusts, probate and estate administration, Court of Protection, Powers of Attorney and succession planning. You will be integral in the strengthening of client relationships and have a passion for business development. You will confidently liaise with partners and high value clients and commit to supporting wider team development. You will gain excellent exposure to a wide range of clients, ranging from high net worth individuals to families. With the opportunity to work alongside nationally recognised solicitors, this post offers a chance to progress your career to the next level. You will be an extensively experienced, passionate and self-motivated Private Client Solicitor who is ideally working toward, or gained, STEP qualification. Displaying a high degree of tenacity, intellectual flexibility and technical excellence, you will have displayed an interest in wills, tax, trusts and estate planning throughout your career. The role requires a flair for the provision of pragmatic, practical and sensitive solutions to a range of complex private client matters. You will be motivated to promote the image of your firm through involvement with business development initiatives, and be committed to providing a fully supportive client service.

Kaye has been involved in legal recruitment since 2006 and has over ten years’ experience within the interim / locum legal professional market. Educated to postgraduate level, including a first class honours degree and a distinction in her postgraduate legal qualification, Kaye has a thorough understanding of what clients require and has built up a strong network of contacts throughout the UK. Her practical and honest advice has resulted in a successful commercial reputation respected by both candidates and clients.

Felicity Simpson – Consultant (Locum)

Following 4 years within the hospitality and sales sector, Felicity joined eNL in November 2016, after identifying legal  recruitment as an industry that interested her and  where she felt she could develop as an individual. Felicity is determined to become an expert in both recruitment and the legal industry, in order to provide her clients and candidates with strong market information and guidance. As a  member of  eNLs London & South East Locum Team she recruits for fixed term contract positions, holiday cover and interim roles across the region. She is an excellent communicator, with an enviable work ethic, enhanced by a genuine down to earth approach and an infectious sense of humour.

Zoe Jones – Consultant (Locum)

With over 20 years’ experience working in the recruitment industry, Zoë’s experience includes in-house recruitment for a large financial institution within commercial and corporate banking,  as well as local government. With 3 years’ previous legal recruitment experience gained at eNL, Zoë re-joined the team in December 2018 after a short break.
