Commercial Property Locum : 3+ PQE / Rotherham and Office based : This is a well know law firm in the heart of Rotherham who are seeking an experienced Commercial/ Residential Property Solicitor/ Legal Executive on a locum basis until July 2021. Interested?
OVERVIEW:
- This is a well known established law firm in Rotherham are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor/ Legal Executive on a locum basis to cover a partner's caseload whilst they recruit on a permanent basis. The firm have a small and friendly feel.
- The caseload is mainly Commercial Property, however there are some Residential Property files that will need to be covered. The candidate should ideally have experience within development agreements.
- You will be working directly with the Head of Department and another paralegal within the team
- There is secretarial support for this role and car parking on site.
- You will receive a generous hourly rate of GBP 35 per hour+
