Securitisation Senior Associate

World leading law firm require a Senior Associate (4-7 PQE) with specialism in Securitisation to join their expanding London team. 

You will become part of an award winning practice and with the success and rate of expansion comes excellent prospects for progression. 

This would suit an Associate at 4/5PQE looking to make the next step up to Senior Associate. Equally any Senior Associates seeking excellent work in a globally recognised firm with better progression this role will also be for you. 

The Opportunity:

Working with industry leading Structured Finance Partners at the top of their game. There will be significant opportunities to lead on transactions and deal directly with their impressive global client portfolio. 

The practice focuses on public and private securitisation and structured finance for many types of asset classes including CDOs, RMBS, CMBS, asset backed lending. They advise a global roster of market participants including investors, managers, arrangers and originators.
