A global insurance organisation are developing an M&A insurance offering and are looking to appoint into the team in London with either a Junior Underwriter from the W&I underwriting market or a Corporate Lawyer from a leading M&A practice; the team underwrite European M&A deals with most of which being multi-jurisdictional and complex in nature.
