This is a standout role for a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor to join a highly sought-after firm in their Luton office. They are recognised across the Legal 500 in core practice areas and have exciting growth plans. This practice is looking to bolster their organically grown department by hiring a next generation partner.

This Legal 500 ranked firm has recently acquired new office space for further expansion as their core practices thrive. They have impressive retention rates with their Junior Solicitors and trainees so are looking at reinforcing their staff with more experienced Lawyers who have the capability of leading teams and being partners while at the firm.
This firm have a real family feel and encourage their staff to get involved with the local community, holding regular charity events. They focus on providing their clients with sound results leading to a strong reputation in the area.
The Role
This firm is seeking to hire a new Property Litigation Solicitor into their office in Luton
This dynamic department has performed exceptionally in recent years leading to an increase in instructions.
Whilst you will be expected to manage your own caseload, this role will also involve mentorship, meanwhile being involved in expanding the offering through business development, networking and working alongside other departments. Your caseload will be dependent on your experience but will be varied to include:
- Professional negligence
- Dilapidation claims
- Contract disputes
- Arbitration
- Mediation
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Break notices
- Termination of leases and possession
Requirements
- You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with 5 PQE+
- No upper limit on PQE
- Ability to handle own caseload
- Leadership qualities
