FIRM: A well regarded Top 100 law firm in Bristol with a national reach is looking to grow their Real Estate Development team by bringing in a NQ-6PQE Real Estate Solicitor.
BACKGROUND: You’re responsibilities will involve handling a caseload of large scale Residential and Commercial development work. Day to day work will include drafting and negotiating contracts dealing with all aspects of acquisition, development and disposals. You will also work closely with solicitors from other disciplines including, planners, construction, corporate, tax and property finance lawyers.
