Real Estate, International Firm, 3-6month FTC, 3++ PQE

We are working with a notable International Firm who are looking to bring on board a Real Estate Lawyer with upwards of 3 years' PQE for a contract of 3-6 months. The role is to start imminently and to assist with an increase in workflow. Whilst the contract is anticipated to last for an initial 3-6 month period, there is the potential for this to be extended further.

The team is highly ranked within the legal directories and has acted on significant and high-profile investment deals for clients including occupiers, property companies, major investors, pension funds and charities. They have a notable specialism in advising European investors on property and property strategies, and also act on a number of major developments and deals with an aspect of non-contentious commercial landlord and tenant matters, acting for both landlords and tenants. They frequently act for clients within the retail, hospitality, industrial and healthcare sectors.

The successful candidate can expect to be involved in all aspects of acquisitions and disposals, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation and development agreements, the management of property portfolios, leases and licences, lease renewals and acting on new lettings.

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate:

• High quality training and experience gained within ranked City or top regional practices.
• Upwards of 3 years' experience in Commercial Real Estate matters.
• Prior experience of acting for investor and developer clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client centred ethos.
• A positive, can-do attitude, and a commitment to delivering the best service for clients.
• The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a wider team.

Due to the urgent nature of this requirement, candidates should ideally be available immediately or at short notice.
