We have been retained by a mergers and acquisitions insurance ("M&A") practice to lead the search for a Senior / Partner Level Tax Attorney (Rechtsanwalt) or Tax Advisor (Steuerberater) to lead the DACH tax insurance business - the team underwrite warranty and indemnity insurance ("W&I") for complex and multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions and also provide comprehensive tax liability insurance across the DACH markets.
