Your new role
A Commercial Lawyer position with the business' commercial and products division, that is instrumental in delivering the continued rollout of cutting edge connectivity and infrastructure across both residential and commercial spheres. Working within a talented team, you will identify and mitigation legal and commercial risk while negotiating a broad range of business-critical commercial agreements. You will help identify new business opportunities and solutions to business improvement conundrums. Additionally, you will keep abreast of telecommunications regulation, working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve legal compliance.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a UK or Commonwealth qualified commercial lawyer with strong academics and at least two years' PQE (as a guide). You will have proven experience negotiating and reviewing valuable commercial agreements, with commercial astuteness. Exposure to the telecoms sector would be a bonus. The line manager is open to both candidates trained in practice and in-house.
