Preeminent US law firm is keen to attract U.S. Admitted Associates (Junior, Mid or Senior level) for their busy Tokyo Corporate Practice. Applicants should possess fluent English (native) and business level Japanese language skills and have relevant training and corporate experience developed at a peer US/Magic Circle firm, specifically with regards working for public and private companieson on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, divestitures and financings. A full US financial package is available (on the Cravath scale) while this opportunity offers what are genuine career advancement opportunities within what is a small, collegiate environment.
