Compelling opportunity for aspiring commercial disputes lawyer to relocate to the Cayman Islands with one the world’s premier offshore law firms. Applicants will possess a strong academic pedigree and be UK, Australian or New Zealand qualified with between 5yrs+ PQE gained at a major law firm or leading commercial/chancery chambers.

Our client is well positioned at the forefront of cross-border litigation and contentious & non-contentious restructuring, placing a premium on teamwork and working closely with clients, co-counsel and colleagues to achieve the best possible outcome. Acting for both plaintiffs & defendants and debtors & creditors, the work on offer is varied and challenging, spanning cross-border litigation and contentious & non-contentious restructuring and would suit an individual that has developed a broad range of experience to include insolvency, funds and trusts disputes, shareholder / investment disputes, professional negligence, fraud, asset-tracing and recovery matters.
