Company and Commercial Solicitor

Due to growth, Errington Legal are recruiting for a client based in Cambridgeshire seeking a Corporate/Commercial solicitor to join their highly regarded regional firm. 

The role will undertake a variety of corporate/commercial work ranging across start-ups and established companies, supporting the department's Partner and senior staff. With a clear opportunity to contribute to the success of the firm’s growing corporate/commercial team and opportunities for progression, this role is well suited to an ambitious individual.

Working within a supportive and growing team this role offers a breadth of exposure across both regional and national clients within a well established Corporate team. The firm enjoys a reputation for involving and developing its junior staff.

The role would suit an individual that is commercially minded, with strong client management skills and experience across a range of high value matters. The role requires drafting and negotiation skills and strong communication skills.

Interviews will be conducted via video.
