Junior Finance Lawyer - Financial Services Organisation

My client, a global financial services organisation, is looking for a junior finance lawyer (NQ - 3 years' PQE) to join its lean legal team in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

-reviewing and negotiating a variety of transactional agreements, related to debt instruments e.g. loan agreements, client contracts, confidentiality agreements etc.;

-providing legal advice to business partners on a range of commercial and client related issues;

-assisting the Structured Products team to ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory obligations applying to its business;

-working closely with and managing outside counsel as required in the context of client transactions;

-carrying out legal research into the legal and regulatory requirements applying in other European jurisdictions in relation to the roll-out of loan services throughout the organisation's European operations; and

-becoming familiar and advising on trustee requirements within different European jurisdictions.
