Through further growth they are looking at expanding their experienced team where you will work closely alongside Partners in a valuable and enviable work environment. The growth also means there is plenty of scope for progression.

You will also work with them on cases where your expertise can be utilised. You will be supported by the Partners while having autonomy of your own caseload that is not achievable in most firms their size.
They have multiple offices with ambitious plans for further offices in the ensuing years. They are looking for people who can show potential to run teams and even open their own offices in the future.
The Role
The firm is seeking to hire a new Commercial Property Lawyer into their office in Bishop's Stortford.
You will join an experienced Top 200 department who have close ties to their clients. They are a dynamic and collaborative team who are looking for a new member of their team. You will be given full autonomy in your role with the aim of developing business for progression to partner level. Your work will be closely tied with your experience while having an understanding of the following areas:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Commercial leases
- Property development
Requirements
- You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 4PQE+
- There is no upper limit in PQE
- Ability to work individually
- Self-motivated attitude and desire for growing the business
- Client focused mindset
