Legal Counsel – Marketing & Commercial (maternity cover contract)

Legal Counsel – Marketing & Commercial sought by major international brand on a contract basis to provide maternity cover from mid June 2021.

The Legal Counsel works in a small friendly team of 4 qualified Solicitors based out of the UK, with time split between remote/home working and time based in their International HQ (Middlesex) as we move into the next phase of Covid restrictions being lifted.

The successful applicant will enjoy a fantastic working environment and varied, high quality workload encompassing a variety of general commercial contracts alongside their role as the Legal Business Partner supporting the Marketing and Advertising departments.

Appropriate applicants to this Legal Counsel opportunity could be Associates seeking their first move In-House, but are more likely to be individuals already working within a commercial environment with 2-6 years PQE of reviewing and negotiating general commercial contracts. Specific experience of supporting Marketing and Advertising functions would be advantageous, but is not essential for the right candidate.
