Insolvency Litigation Partner

This leading insolvency department are looking to strengthen their Insolvency department with a key hire within Insolvency Litigation.

Due to a large growth period both domestically and internationally this firm have substantially increased their Corporate, Life Sciences and Technology offering.

You will work with a vast array of clients, in a firm that have won many employment awards.

The Role
This Top 50 firm are looking for a Insolvency Litigation Partner to join them in their City of London office.

The team covers all types of contentious and non-contentious insolvencies and restructurings. The firm have a large restructuring and insolvency practice across its UK office network which draws upon their successful Corporate, Technology and life sciences sectors.

You will work largely with financial institutions, directors, shareholders, insolvency practitioners, creditors and other insolvency stakeholders. Due to a large amount of international growth you will work on a mixture of domestic and cross boarder litigation within a Legal 500 ranked team with a particular focus on Europe, US and Asia.

Due to increase growth the department are looking to add a key Insolvency Litigation Solicitor into their already established team. Known for their strong internal progression this could be ideal for an individual who is looking for a career move.

Requirements

• You will be a Insolvency Solicitor with at least 7+ PQE (There is no upper limit of PQE for this position)
• Worked on both domestic and international matters.
• Strong exposure to litigation
• You will have a good technical knowledge.
• Salary is well above market rate and dependent on your level of experience, plus an industry leading benefits package.
