We have an opportunity for an Associate/Senior Associate to join our clients' specialist and highly regarded Commercial Technology team.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team advising on a wide range of high value, long term strategic arrangements with an outstanding list of clients. You will enjoy a varied workload of the commercial team; this is a fantastic opportunity to experience a wide ranging breadth of work.
Ideally, you will have a strong academic background, preferably with 1-3 years PQE and experience within commercial technology and an interest in the sector, and be looking for a larger team environment in which to progress. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate looking to work within a fast paced, energetic team within an international firm.
To be considered for this role you must be a qualified or dual qualified lawyer with a strong academic background.
