Job Details
Reporting into the Head of Legal, you will:
- Be a qualified solicitor with at least three years' PQE
- Have experience in professional negligence / professional indemnity litigation ideally with financial services / regulatory organisations
- Advise on complaints, regulatory and professional investigations, as well as legal issues arising from the business, such as contractual terms, exceptions to policy and other queries.
- Provide proactive guidance on key risk issues where needed, such as changes in law and regulation affecting the organisation.
- Support senior members of the legal team and Partners on Practice Protection, Reactive Advisory and Proactive Advisory activities.
- Be involved in company-wide projects, as determined by the Head of Legal.
