This stand-out practice is based in the heart of the West End. Corporate, Real Estate & Finance are their core areas. They are ranked highly in the Legal 500 and have grown significantly in recent years; they now stand at over 100 staff.

The Firm

The firm are looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join them in their West End office - you will be working closely with two market leading Partners.


They act for many well-known companies including Hilton Hotel, Ted Baker, Marriott and various funds. They are forward thinking, entrepreneurial, progressive and have a collegiate working environment.


This firm are known for being highly creative and ahead of the curve in the changing legal landscape, they pave the way in Corporate, Real Estate & Finance, with other law firms replicating their approach. They firm is highly profitable and well managed.


Having dealt with the firm for a long time, I truly believe they set themselves apart in the London market. Their lawyers are business minded, forward thinking and highly entrepreneurial. They are looking to provide an Associate with a springboard for progression. Many of their Partners come from City backgrounds.

The Role


This is an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor (1-3 years PQE) to join this stand out West End practice.


The Corporate department is ranked in the Legal 500, is highly regarded and deals with a broad spectrum of clients ranging from Sovereign Funds, major financial institutions, well known international companies including many household names, high profile entrepreneurs, public figures and investors.


You will deal with all aspects of public and private M&A and private equity investment, as well as fundraisings and equity capital markets transactions, from flotations and secondary offerings to reverse takeovers in the UKs quoted markets.


Requirements:

  • You will be a Corporate Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE
  • You will have a good grounding in Corporate work, possessing good technical knowledge
  • You should have a meticulous eye for detail
