This West End based Legal 500 firm are known for the high quality of their Real Estate department.

The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Senior Associate for their West End based team, to sit between the junior team members and the Partners. This role will fill an important gap for the firm and comes with excellent prospects for progression.
The Opportunity

The firm are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor 3-6 years PQE who has experience dealing in a high-quality caseload with excellent client care and development skills.

The firm have a broad focus in Commercial Property that includes work in landlord & tenant, development work, investment portfolio acquisitions, advising on infrastructure and planning agreements and more.

This role is not a usual fee-earning role. You will not be targeted to the traditional 3X salary billing targets, as you will spend some of your time building and maintaining relationships with the firm's clients.

You will need to be an enthusiastic, ambitious and commercially minded lawyer to fit in with the friendly and ambitious team. The firm will provide true investment in the individual who takes this opportunity and you will be offered the chance to join an established, reputable establishment with strong prospects for progression.

You will not necessarily need to bring new work, but experience in providing excellent client care and developing relationships is essential.

This role comes with a competitive and negotiable salary, dependant on your level of experience, as well as an outstanding benefits package.

Requirements

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor 3-6 years PQE
  • This will be a hands-on role, so good client care and management experience is desired
  • You will have a good grounding in Real Estate work and should possess a good technical knowledge
  • You should have a meticulous eye for detail
