This would be a great opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor 1-4 years PQE wanting to join a buoyant, highly regarded department in the West End, London.

The Role:
The firm is recruiting for a Residential Property Solicitor (1-4years PQE) to join their flourishing West End, London office.
This firm has a strong reputation for Residential Property work, with the department having built relationships with many high-end estate agents, you will find a client base of many HNW individuals, celebrities and well-known individuals.
The caseload will include many high-value matters and will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.
Requirements:
- You will be a Residential Property Solicitor 1-4 years PQE
- You will have a strong background and ability to work autonomously on your own caseload
- You will be a team player with good communication skills
