The Role
The firm is seeking to hire a Senior Corporate Commercial Lawyer into their office in Milton Keynes
You will join a well-respected Legal 500 department who work with high-value clients. They have a wealth of experience in the field and are looking for someone to join their team. They offer full autonomy to Senior Solicitors while working on specialist cases with the partners.
Your caseload will be specialised based on your experience however you will be expected to have an understanding of the following areas:
- M&A
- Partnership and Shareholder agreements
- Commercial contracts
- Corporate Finance and Partnerships
Requirements
- You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 5PQE+
- There is no upper limit in PQE
- Ability to work individually
- Self-motivated attitude
- Client focused mindset
