The Role
The firm is currently seeking to hire a Construction Partner to join the firms West End, London office.
This role ties in with the firm's ambitious growth plans; you will sit within the Real Estate team, working alongside a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked Partner that regularly acts on high value and high-quality matters.

As a senior member of the team, will be responsible for assisting in further developing the department and your own client base, adopting the firm's ethos and working alongside the Partners to build the brand further ensuring future success for the existing team and the office as a whole.

Therefore, you must be client-facing, business development focused and entrepreneurial to increase their Construction offering in their West End, London office.

Although this opportunity will be based around your specialist areas, you will be expected to have strong technical knowledge across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious construction, including:

• Adjudication, Arbitration and Litigation
• Providing practical and commercial advice at an early stage where projects are in distress
• Interim and final payments disputes,
• and issues of delay and defective works to name a few

The team act for employers (corporates and high net worth individuals), construction professionals, contractors and sub-contractors and the successful candidate can look forward to a broad range of quality work across various industry sectors.

Requirements

• You will be a Construction Partner with a minimum of five years PQE
• You will be commercially minded, dynamic and entrepreneurial
• You should be client-focused with excellent business development experience
• You should be ambitious and wanting to progress in your career
