Our client is re-defining the family entertainment industry for this new digital age. With offices in London and Los Angeles, their content and IP is viewed by billions and they have ambitious plans for the next couple of years. The legal team is growing to support the business and we are looking for a lawyer with good experience in IP Licencing & Merchandising to join the team.
Reporting into the Senior Lead Counsel, the role will be varied and exciting, working on innovative licencing and merchandising work internationally as well as advising on more general matters and strategic initiatives. We are looking for a solid level of experience in licencing, with an cross-jurisdictional dimension: the successful candidate will understand the L&M process from start to finish and be happy with drafting contracts and having top level negotiations.
