Corporate Associate

Our long standing client is an established boutique firm with over 70 years standing. They have a small team based in the City (agile working is of course permitted) and a strong corporate practice. There is a new opportunity for a corporate solicitor to join the firm. Applicants must have upwards of 4 years corporate experience and be adept at work such as drafting SPAs, JVs , BPAs as well as refinancing, loan facilities and corporate DD. They are an exceptionally friendly team with an excellent staff retention record, many of its team having grown organically at the firm. They require a reliable and capable corporate lawyer who is a great team player, has good interpersonal skills and who will be comfortable in a small firm environment.
